We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product due to unforeseen circumstances. However, please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for products unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. 

2. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace it or provide a refund. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

- Return the Product: Pack the product securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and any accompanying documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the package. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

- Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the damage or defect. If the product is indeed damaged or defective, we will proceed with the replacement or refund, as per your preference.

3. Exclusions

Our Return Policy does not cover the following:

- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence.

- Products returned without a valid RA number.

- Products returned beyond the specified return window.
