1. Refund Eligibility 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on products unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. We are committed to addressing any issues related to the quality and condition of our products. 

2. Damaged or Defective Products 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly process a refund. To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with instructions on returning the product. 

- Return the Product: Securely package the product, including all original packaging, accessories, and any accompanying documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the package. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

- Inspection and Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct an inspection to verify the damage or defect. If the product qualifies for a refund, we will proceed with the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

3. Exclusions 

Our Refund Policy does not cover the following: 

- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence. 

- Products returned without a valid RA number. 

- Products returned beyond the specified return window.
